3D Dot Game Heroes GS Review - 7.5

I had been calling this score for awhile now, so can't say I'm surprised. 7.5 is a very solid score though. I'm looking forward to this game mightily and gettting my nostalgia groove on for sure.

The score surprised me.

Watching the review gave me a happy tingle inside though. :) I wunt eeet.

This game looks really cool to me. Reminds me a lot of Half Minute Hero on the PSP. I might check it out, but for now too busy with SSFIV :D

Honestly, I can't wait. This plus Modnation is going to be an awesome start to the sumemer.

Same here - and I'd actually put ModNation Racers ahead of 3D Dot Game Heroes as far as which one I'm anticipating more. I'm actually anticipating somewhere in the 8.5 - 9.0 range for MNR; LBP pulled a 9.0, and since MNR is the next title in Sony's "Play Create Share" line, I'm expecting it to do about the same. It's gonna be huge.

I'm also really glad they're releasing it on the 25th - that's the Tuesday before Memorial Day weekend, so I'll have an extra day at home to mess around with it! :D

I'm not sure if i should get this or not. I thought it looked cool. Perhaps if I have the money or I'm bored and I will force myself to check it out. I am kinda dissapointed it isn't a PSN game.

Looks pretty good. It may be a Zelda copycat but at the same time how many games like this are on the PS3?

Not gonna lie, I am a bit dissapointed with the score, but from the short read I gave it (conclusion and the good/bad) I think they rated it a bit low. Just because it is a ripoff I guess it immediately gets a lower score :(. Still, good enough score to pick it up possibly.

Extreme melodrama? Where? After all, he only did say 3 words. 6 if you count the text in the picture >_> Plus, a 75% on a test would be pretty disappointing for me :( But who wasn't really expecting this? I was looking at the 7.0-8.5 range. I don't think it's a real flop but him saying it was, doesn't need to heat up so much trouble and tension.scar-hawk

Seems like a reasonable score, game seems very pixelated............

7.5 is not a bad score by any means. 3D Dot caught my eye since I'm an old school gamer and I can't wait for it.

Can't wait! Reviews never mattered to me. I buy/play games base on what I think about it.

And I realized that I enjoy games that are 7.0-8.5 than 8.5 and above. Hehe.
