thats the problem it could happen but he said thats only by using all 8 spe's we use 7 but that might change so if PS3 can do
4D does that ps3 is capable of doing 120fps When it goes to HDMI1.3 as it supports a higher fps

i fought it was 7 after the update o well anyways it be quite tough 4 them to do 4D on a ps3 at this time maybe on the next console
LOL, what a marketing ghimmick calling something 4D for just procedural textures that can change on the fly. Not like we haven't heard of that before. Why not call it what it is instead of something stupid like 4D that doesn't make sense.
On file size, this kind of stuff has been done very interestingly on PCs to create cool 3D demos with the smallest file sizes, usually 64k.
Here's first person shooter in a 96k file that looks amazing back in 2004, still does in a way for a whole game at that size despite being a buggy beta. Take a look at the stills and the file shouldn't take long to download :)

Now this is new one I just saw while making this post, it starts off slow with some brick buildings and a train, but when a cube seperates into 100s of cubes, then snake like trails of 1000s of cubes moving around, tubes wrapping around builds, text shattering into 1000s of cubes, bridges snaking around corners and tunnling into the streets as it shatters the road into tons of debris, and buildings falling apart. What I thought was okay at the beginning for 177k then blew me awawy as you are treated to a 5-8 minute techno animation of crazy stuff that makes your jaw drop by the end, wow:

And here's a free software from those guys for artists to create procedural textures like used in those two demos. Which is why their file size is so small, and upon launching you get a progress bar that does all tha math to create the imagery.
