5 blu-ray disc offer help

It says to send in the UPC code. Do I need to cut out the UPC code from the box? Won't this make it impossible to exchange my PS3 if I need to?

I got my movies like a week ago, you have to send the original upc. I'm almost positive that you can still exchange if you need to, just keep your receipt . When I bought mine at Ciurcuit City they scanned the upc and put down the serial number that is on the box,so I'm pretty sure they can go by that.TEichs233
