With the order form it asks for original UPC code. Does that mean I just write down UPC code on a piece of paper, or do I have to cut out the UPC code? It also asks for the reciept. Can I just send a photocopy, or does it have to be the real reciept.

Yes. You could use a photocopy. And make sure you read the fine print at the bottem of the cupon, theres a bunch of ways it could get voided if you dont do it correctly. Like for one you have to circle the date of the recipt if you dont VOID!.

Read the fine print!!

You have to actually physically cut out the UPC code from the box, and put it into the envelope. It's just a catch to keep people from sending in multiple offers. Same deal with the receipt. They ask for the real thing, not a copy, I actually got BB to give me two official receipts so I could send one in and keep one with my replacement plan. I've had offers rejected before because I sent in a photocopy of the receipt and not the actual receipt itself. But do as you wish, I'm not sure how pickythey will be or not.

Also, the poster above is wrong, do not circle the date, the offer says to circle the price of the player, ie the PS3, so just do that.

It's simple really, just cut out the UPC, send it withthe receipt or if you wish a copy of the receipt, fill out the form properly and your all good. It's not that hard and there isn't that many little catches in there to burn you.

^^then you did everything right. Go to bluraysavings.com to get the order form. When you READ the fine print you will notice that you DONT need to circle anything and a photo copy is FINE. Ignore others who dont take the time to read the fine print.

Fine print doesn't say to circle price but under Step 3 it says..."Receipt from your eligible Blu-ray player purchase imprinted with store name and dated between 7/1/07 through 9/30/07 with purchase price circled."

Here is what I did. I cut out the UPC code made a copy of the receipt and circle the price. Then I filled out the form put the form, copy of receipt, and the original UPC in the envelope and sent it to the specified address in El Paso, TX.

Thanks, although I'm not getting through the PS3. My PS3 is launch so that offer is not available. I'm buying for my Samsung Blu-Ray Player.

well this is cool, I didn't know I was eligible for this offer. I have already filled the crap out just now, so now I just have to mail it. The only problem I have is that the selction is fairly lame, espeially since you can only pick one from each category. Oh well, cant complain too much about free.

The BD player is for my downstairs TV. My dad uses that one.
