yeah but units shipped is alot different than units sold....I bet they have 6 million in stores worldwide, eventhough there have been 3 million sold so far. regardless...awesome progress
which has nothing to do with the amount that Sony SHIPPED. I believe it was in the middle of February when Sony announced that they had hit the 4 million shipped mark. and that didn't count the 1 million that was being shipped to Europe. We will find out soon enough whether they hit it or not. I think they came close. Sony will announce whether they hit that 6 million mark or not.
The 3.07 million figure seems reasonable, if not just a little low. 4-4.5 million? I know this a PS3 message board and all, but wow! That might be the ultimate form of fanboyism I've ever seen! Unless of course you meant units shipped, in that case, that number is low. From the sounds of it, it seems more likely Sony shipped somewhere between 5-5.5 million units.
