60GB vs. 80GB PS3

I was looking in Gamestop the other day and saw that they have both a 60GB and a 80GB refurbished PS3 on sale. I want to get a PS3 by the summer, and I typically hear how the 60GB version is typically the preferred version. I just wanted some extra opinions on which one is the better buy.

I recommend the 80GB PS3 actually. I originally had the 60GB but it runs so loudly. The fans kick in like crazy when you watch a blu-ray and it was annoying. I now have an 80GB and it is super quiet. xeon71

Who cares about the hard drive size??? THat doesn't matter. You can upgrade that if/when needed or buy an external hard-drive for it.

I would say go for the 60GB PS3, cuz when the PS3 comes out as the winner of this gen, you can say "I have a launch PS3. I was right all along".

Both are good systems, but the 60gig has the best bang for your buck, but you really can not go wrong with either one.
