80022D86 Error Code

Ok so for the last 3 days I receive this code any time I try and sync my trophies, if I access my trophies it syncs then returns the error code, same with if I try and access my trophy card via the XMB, so is it something Sony have broken or something I've broken? Either it's annoying as any time I try to do anything that is trophy related it syncs and fails

Ordinarily wouldn't bother me but just lately it's beginning to grate I'm now on day 4 without my trophies sync-ing correctly.
