What does it mean and what can I do about it?

I get it every time I try to use anything using wifi, it doesnt affect my system in any other way though.

Go to system settings and restore system defaults, it should work after that

Oh sorry, then I don't know what the problem is, type that error code up on google and see if it comes up with any useful info on how to fix it.

Try contacting through Sony customer support or their forums, all I can say mate.
