I'm guessing stores will try to clear the 80GB stock by bundling it with a game or two. I might actually go for the 80GB if I can get it with a few games thrown in, why not? I doubt I'm ever going to need 120GB of hard drive space...

Because nobody realy needs 120gb, 80gb is plenty. Slim doesnt look as nice, Feel as nice. Just little things make it look cheap like its buttons instead of touch buttons like the 80gb has. Ive got my money at the ready to buy my 80gb but i cant decide which to get.

I can tell you thats not the case in my situtation....i have a 120gb elite and have come down to my last 10gb with a few demos and games downloaded onto the system.... Id rather have the peace of mind knowing that my system with 120gb can still download alot of the games down the line without me having to go back and delete things in order to download more stuff... Also space really becomes an issue if you downloads shows, movies, DLC, etc...

Dude a lot of people don't understand something, they have lowered the price to eliminate the current model but the new slim is using cheaper parts of less quality. It's like what they did with the ps2 slim, then everyone began to care about reliability. The current model are gonna be more reliable than the slim.
They are going to be the same price as the slim $299.

Demos, Games, Qore, Trailers, etc. It fills up over time.
