80GB System

Hi everyone,

I have a question about this system.

Is it coming to Europe?

I want to buy a PS3 but the only system that is available in Europe is the 40GB.:(

I have heard no rumors or anything about that happening. I feel really bad for you guys, sony really screwed you over. You guys never got the hardware BC and now it looks like you never will have BC in any form that they promised- I thought we had it bad when they discontinued our 60gb and the 80gb.

I'm sort of in the same boat as you. I really wanted to get a PS3 for GTA4 but all that is available is that 40gb. This is still pathetic, but at least I have the option to wait 2 months to get the MGS4 bundle (which will probably be discontinued in no time). I would love to go buy a plain 80gb or Motorstorm bundle right now as I have zero interest in MGS4. Now all I can do is play my awful slim PS2 and PC games lol and probably lose interest by the time the bundle comes out.

No 80gb PS3 coming to Europe,

alot of people was expecting to get the same bundle has Japan and US but instead we get a normal 40gb with mgs4 in the box.

they could of at least put it with a Dual Shock 3 or made a Welcome bundle like Japan.
