900 Bucks! If thats the only way to get a ps3

Do you remember when the only way to get a ps3 if you didn't stay in the rain was to go on ebay a pay $300 more.

Too bad the T.V wasnt for the PS3...1080p...real HD...dont need to get some new xbox model over a year later for a ridiculous price for what its worth and it just comes with more memory and HDMI...oh wait i thought xbox already had true HD...guess not, i have a 70" SXRD XBR2, I use my 360 on it yes, but PS3 is its primary use...maybe because it can use the advantages of the t.v? and i dont even know why you assume everyone who bought it at launch sold it, i have 10 friends who kept it, you know absoutely nothing, your just a fanboy who bases everything on your own opinion and other fanboys opinions

Well look at it this way, say I earn welll over 100k a year, and I live in a big house with a indoor swimming pool and I drive a nice car and I wanted a PS3 on the first day it came out, but because I earn so much money I can't be standing around waiting in the rain like a poor commoner. So I go on Ebay and throw $300 dollars of lose change at the poor commoner for waiting in line for me while I was sipping champagne and eating caviar, would it be worth it then? My point is only rich people who have the extra 300 bones to throw away would have bought the scalped price and when you're rich $300 is nothing to get something first and not have to sit in the drenching rain and snow with smelly poor people. So do I feel sorry for them, no because when you have money to blow then why not blow it. You only live once and lifes too short to be sitting around in the rain for systems. KSD22

Couldnt have said it better. When I thought of people spending a grand or two on the PS3's I wasnt thinking about the local guy working at McDonalds or the guy workin on cars at Jiffy Lube. I thought of rich people driving nice cars jus throwin their extra cash away.

If Sony had intended their console to sell for 300 dollars more, they would have priced it at 300 dollars more. Trying to make a quick buck at the expense of some idiot that can afford it, is still disgusting IMO.

It's people like you that are causing the middle class to get smaller and smaller, and have a defining line between rich and poor. But hey.. it's the American way right? sue happy and ripping people off are the ways to get rich now-a-days.

The only upperhand right now is more games why? because it has a year head start..just wait till PS3 gets going because you can say whatever you want now, but wait till theres the point in like a year where i get to for like 9 years.  Also, dont you dare to say the quality of games, nothing about the games on 360 are unique or original, Halo is a genertic shooter, but its pretty good, Gears of War, is nothing special, but its pretty, and the online blows, as well as the story isnt very good and the game is so short....and those 2 games are the only reason worth getting a 360, least why i have one, PS3 will have better quality games because Sony has always had the most amount of games and biggest variety in the end, it also has some of the biggest franchises in the world while 360 has none of those franchises...Halo does not even make it into the top 25.  As far as graphics go i wouldnt say either of them have the advantage right now, but when games like LAIR and Heavenly Sword start coming out, thats when itll start, MGS4 will blow anygame outta the water, and Killzone 2 will be spectacular graphically..thats all i know for sure, and FF...its FF cmon, itll be amazing.  I could go on but fact is fact...PS3 has more potential and you can agrue well its too hard to develop for or whatever you want, but its impossible for those amazing games using the PS3s power not to exist so all i can say my friend is wait and see

Anywayz I totally agree with you I mean this is America there are tons of people who have a **** load of money, hell a thousand dollars aint really much for a person earning 100k+ but there peoples who got tvs in their cadillacs rearview mirrors and every seat they have, why? cause they can afford it and don't got an issue for money, If I was rich I would of just bought it off ebay first day and had it deliver to my house while (Poor& average people got stomp over by the crowd while sitting outsite in the freezing rain)
