1. Will the new $399 PS3 have built in WiFi?
2. Are the Japanese PS3s region free? I was thinking about importing one of the new white systems coming out next month.

Lol. They are both great systems and why would you want to buy the new $399 PS3? If you are a Hardcore gamer, then buy the $549 PS3 before it gets sold out worldwide.

Because I like the white one... which is only the $399 version. That's it.

Yes, the 40 gb has built in wifi. Those who said no are dumbSpace_Lion

well in my case, i really have no idea. :p

im sure the 40g ps3 has got wi-fi built in still..

and yes im sure its still region free with ps3 games...just not ps1/2/ since it cant play them since it has no BC...

yes it has built in Wifi and all PS3 games are region free

as for movies, they are still region locked
