A couple of... "weird" occurrences

Some weird things have happened when I was playing my Ps3.

1. This one has happened twice; My Ps3 quit the game I was playing automatically and went to the XMB for no apparent reason.
2. My Ps3 randomly shut off after receiving an "error has occurred" message several times.

Has anyone else experience anything weird like this? It's not like it happens a lot, just completely randomly.

This has happened to me before.It was all because of that damn XMB and the freezing messages.
