a crack in time Carina Glitch

I having trouble with R and C a crack in time. I am at the battle with Carina. The first time I fought her we both killed each other at the same time. When I restarted the mission again and won, her space ship does not blow up. I have tried reinstalling the game data, deleting the saved data and copying it over again, reinstalling the game data before copying over the saved data. Do I seriously need to start the game all over again?

Did you download the 1.20 patch? I think that fixed issues with the boss fights.

it didn't. I just started new game. I almost back to where I was and I did it in half the time. Yeah it did suck, but it wasn't as bad as it first seemed like.
