Japanese PSPs are almost definitely getting Skype (don't quote me on this) but they do have all sorts of other stuff like the digital TV tuner, so they're not missing out on much.
By the way, don't say Japanese without the 'anese'. It's like the N-word toward africans. Seriously.
Well, I can assure you that the 4 games I have for my PSP are well worth it!
So far I've purchased:
My next purchases will probably be:
Ofcourse, I'm the type of person that purchases games based on 2 things usually:
Replay Value, and Enjoyment.
Same goes with my PS3 games. I like games that I can play over, or that take a long time to beat, and that are enjoyable.

sorry about the Japanese thing, im too lazy to type so i shorten wat i can. well i have lions war already, not intersted in wipout, i was thinking of daxter and whats Patapon about and whats so cool about it? and i was looking for some role playing games like casltevania or Disgaea, something around there? any suggestions? oh and about the tv tuner, whats the point of having that in your psp if u dont have a gadget that goes with it, sersiously?
I wasn't a WipEOut fan before I purchased both Pulse and Pure. I wouldn't miss out on atleast Pulse.. that game will give you many, MANY hours of enjoyment. You could always go oldschool for an RPG and get FF, or FFII. I'm sure those would be a flashback, and fun aswell.
I've heard great things about Daxter, I just don't really like to get into games that are only a single play-through usually. Disgaea is good i've heard, and i'm sure Castlevania is great, but those games aren't my cup of tea.
Patapon - eh, Got a great review, but I can see myself getting very annoyed with that game.
Personal opinion ofcourse.
If there is one game I would recommend everyone purchase, it would bePuzzle Quest. That game is seriously addicting, and extremely refreshing, with loads of replay value and many many hours of gameplay.

so puzzle quest ay? whats it about and what do u do in it? And u say i should get pulse? well i take a look at it to see the comotion.
so far i was thinking
- Final Fantasy I
- Final Fantasy II - one of the two
- Jeanna D'Arc
Some shooter???? any suggestions
DAxter or Ratchet and Clank Size Matters
maybe papton??
anything else?
I would still recommend Puzzle Quest. It's a mixture of a Puzzle game, like Bejeweled or any others, but has a pretty neat RPG element to it as-well. From choosing 1 of 4 classes, receiving different spells and abilities per class, and equipping the item slots with various things. Playing through the campaign is so much fun.
It's simple, can be played for a small or large amount of time, and I believe will keep you interested for a long time. Also, it's pretty cheap, as I got mine used for $17 only. [There's also a new Puzzle Quest in the making, but Space Themed, Check out GameSpot's homepage for that info. Looks interesting.]
Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core and God of War are coming out soon as-well, might want to save your money and get those in less then a month.
ok here are the for sure buys:
Final Fantasy VII
God of War CoO
and this are my maybes:
- Final Fantasy I
- Final Fantasy II - one of the two
- Jeanna D'Arc
Daxter or Ratchet and Clank Size Matters?
Papton? MaybePuzzle Quest ?
Star wars, the new one?
