every gamer is different. I've been thinking whether i should sell my MGS4 LE edition cause i don't play it anymore. After beating the game for the 2nd time (attempted a 3rd time but turned it off cause i lost interest). It's just been sitting on my shelf collecting dust.

IMO, God of War is not a great game. Star Wars TFU is better than God of War in all aspects. :D

I honestly didn't enjoy MGS4 that much, and I'd prefer a game like SW:TFU, MGS4 was a fun rental, just not my style.

Honestly, i didnt think MGS4 was that great either. I mean, it was GOOD, but it wasnt GREAT. I always put gameplay over story, and it just didn't meet the expectations i had for it. Then again, ive never been an MGS fan...but since pretty much every game reviewer under the sun said MGS4 was Jesus Christ in blu-ray format, i had to try it out. I played it, beat it, and my verdict: THEY LIED.

I mean, if i we're to review it as a movie, i'd give it a 9.5/10 (only cause i hadnt played the previous games. Otherwise it wouldve easily gotten a 10). The cutscenes were amazing. But that's the thing: IT'S A GAME. NOT A MOVIE. So, as a game, id give it a 7/10.

Beleive it or not, there are alot of people like this at my school. They are the same people that only play certain online shooters (you know, like 12 year olds and frat boys). Of the people i talked to, it seems that they don't have the attention span for the story, andcouldn't wrap their minds around the fact that they can't just chase all of your enemies down buy jumping towards them and the mash the melee button until they see blood. I geuss the were looking for a shallow, fast moving shooter, and got something different. Of course, none of this neccesarily applies to your friend, i am just speaking about my expeiriences with the people that say they didn't like MGS4 and liked Mercs 2.
