In my opinion Nathan Fillion would be a perfect Drake:
Anyone that has seen Firefly or the movie Serenity can probably tell you that not only does he has the looks but also a very similar voice to Nolan North who plays Drake in the game. He also has the same type of delivery with his phrases and quirky remarks that drake does.
the guy who does his voice is the perfect part. The only problem is he is just a video game actor so you never know how good he might be on screen.
Now if only the real guy was an actor...ONLY if.

True, but I mean, if you watch the extra features in Drake's Fortune, you can see him jumping around in a mo-cap suit while doing his lines. This kinda the same...

Kinda.
You don't really have to capture as much emotion when mo-capping than you do when you're actually acting because it's not on film.
They're just recording your body movements and your lines.
Even your lines are usually taken into the studio and edited or redone.

I'd have to go with Matthew Mcconaughey, from the movie Sahara (I hated Fool's Gold).
He's got the same, witty personality about him, and that "adventurer" build.

Most people who saw this movie wouldn't care if he's hot I don't think.
But I agree, he could get pretty close to looking like Nathan and we'll I think he's a pretty good actor.
