Hmmm.. im assuming this is a brand new PS3 and not a used one. The only thing i would suggest is to go into your "Game Data Utility" or "Saved Data Utility" (i think that is what they are called) and delete and saved things in there. Thats odd that your PS3 would do that.

I would highly recommend calling Sony Playstation tech support, im sure they can help diagnose it better then most of us can.

hope you get up and running and enjoy your money well spent.

ahh.. ratchet and clank has a problem where when it initially installs you have to first either add 500mb of data to the HDD or delete that amount... try downloading a demo from the PS store or installing a different game if you have nothing to delete and it'll work then.. a friend of mine had the same problem.

I need a little assistance. I have one PS3 console in the gaming room and want to buy a second one for another room in the house so that my partner and I can play the same game on line at the same time. Will this work? I assume we will have to purchase or rent two of the same games in order to achieve this. If there is an online Guru out there I would appreciate hearing back from you on this idea.
