Im getting a PS3 very soon (:D), and i've been looking forward to play some of the games, however does games like Ninja Gaiden Sigma require a sixaxis controller to play, or can you play it with a dualshock?

Yup. Annnndd....i dont really think there are any games that REQUIRE the use of motion control to play. Except lair but i believe they patched in analog support. Motion controls are just a lame gimmick in most games.

The dualshock 3 is the sixaxis. The difference is that the DS3 has rumble.

As others have said, the tilt sensor is inside every single controller... it's a standard feature, so they can't remove it. The DualShock 3 has rumble added, which is why it's more expensive than the SIXAXIS was ($55 is still way too much).
