I've used The Stone Prisoner but not Blood Dragon armor, because you're strength needs to be at 35 or something, so I see no point in using it right now.

Download it when you want to acquire shale, id wait until a little later in the game before you bother tho. As for the blood armor, you get your chest piece in your inventory as soon as you d/l it (which requires 38 strength) so save it until you stats are high enough. Otherwise it will take up inventory space.

This. This perfectly answered the question presented to this thread. I am taken aback by the sheer intellectual prowess this post provided with helping the OP with his question.

Save the armor until you've met the prerequisite stats.

The Blood Dragon armor is actually quite useless. By the time you reach 35 STR, as a warrior, there are much better options.

You can enable them, though. Sell the body plate you have for seven gold. That'll start you off very nicely at the beginning.

You can do them whenever you'd like. Take your time, the codes don't expire until April 30, 2010 according to the voucher.

Do them both right away - there's no penalty for it and you won't have to futz around with them later on. Besides, you can do the Shale quest fairly early on.
