someone told me i cant play ps 2 games on the ps3 is this true ?
On the newer models, you cannot play PS2 games on the PS3. The 20GB, 60GB, and OLD 80GB are the only ones with PS2 backwards compatibility. However, all PS3 models can play PS1 games.
