A "PAL" Region Game Playable In NTSC Region?

say i have a PAL region game but i live and bought my ps3 in canada. which makes me NTSC Region.

1) would i be able to play the PAL regioned game on my NTSC System?

2) are game systems like the xbox 360,wii,ps3 regioned locked?

3) does question #1 apply to all current gen consoles?

well did a bit of searchign and it seems like all ps3 games are region free, so you should be able to play it with no problem :)

im not sure about the other questions really, if im not mistake some wii and 360 games are region locked

PS1 and PS2 games are still region locked. However most if not all PS3 games are region free.
