hmmm i always wondered this but did Big Boss ever have a biological son/daughter? if he did they could make a new one like having to kill solid snake cuz Big Boss' son and or daughterwas told that solid killed his/her father?

No, they should drop the SOLID saga as there is no solid anymore.

Besides, wasn't there a mention about Big Boss being irradiated?, his little bosses might be swimming in circles as far as im concerned.

In the end of MGS4 Big Boss tells Snake to live the rest of his life but not as a soldier, they don't bring peopla back from the dead just because, there was a reason for big boss, Zero had him, Vamp had the whole Nanomachine regeneration thing so he doesnt count, Meryl isnt implied to die in the first game, its just some alternate ending.

Tellme someone who is brought back from the dead just because, even naomi felt sorry for Snake's condition, he is dead, he is gone along with Kojima, and if you ask me, thats the way it should be, any other person would ruin the character.

Well, look at how easily they explained Big Boss coming back. They just said he was rebuilt using pieces of solidus and liquid. That's a pretty half-assed explanation.

Who's to say they won't do something similar for Snake so he can come back in 10 or so years for a bit of fan service in another Metal Gear game?

And if you haven't finished MGS 4 yet, you probably should know not to look at stuff like this.

But this time FOXDIE killed it. FOXDIE basically eats him alive, so this time, he cant come back. And as for Snake, he wont fight again, at least not in this universe. Maybe if they decide to create some alternative universe or take on the Area 51 infiltration and mention maybe Snake a couple of times, and show him when they receive Sunny from Raiden.

Upss, sorry I gave spoilers.

Seriously, who enters a thread called Way to Continue XX saga and expect no spoilers? Are your brains burned or something? Its like going to a What did you thought of the ending of XX movie and complaint about those who mention what happens.

If they REALLY wanted to, they could easily do it. Look at how many things were simply explained by nanomachines in this game. Just freeze him before he dies and give him magical anti-foxdie nanomachines. It worked for Naomi and Vamp. Or they could just chop off his head and fix him up with a robot body like Raiden.

Of course I hope they don't do any of this, but I could see it happening.

i would put spoilers in the title but its OBVIOUSLY gonna have the ending in it if its a way to continue the series and ontopic... well it would be kinda kool as playing as big boss' real son/daughter if he ever had one.. i mean we didnt find out alot of stuff till mgs4.. and some stuff out of left field even.. like vamp with the nano-machines? or solid snake being the bad guy.. for real this time... lol n im sure that they knew FOXDIE would do this... and if they cured him with the nano-machines like vamp and naomi it would keep him from aging so fast... it would keep him.. in his 70's lolz n this would be the first sentace in the game... Big Boss never had a son, he wasnt able, due to exposition to high radiation he was left impotent before MGS 3. He even mentions it to EVA.
