I am thinking to buy it but as an owner of the old psp model 1000 I feel that the price should be dropped. I hate the 1000-3000 models the all are bulky, too bad the NGP has their design
Im confused as to if I should wait for the NGP or just get the PSP GO because there are a lot of games that I wanna play now with the GO.
Also would it be possible to play games that are made for the NGP on the PSP GO? If not then IM gonna be afraid there won't be anymore games being released for the PSP GO.

I ahd the same concern. I got the GO just the other day because I had a ton of games I wanted to play before the new system. I'm sure gamestop will do a thing similar to the 3DS where you can trade in your go for a premium trade in value if you are upgrading to the new system (which is what I would do). Plus as an upside any games you purchase in the PSN store can transfer to the new system when it comes out.
Well I checked out amazon and found a new PSP GO for $149.00 and made the purchase. Can't wait!

Cool. I don't think anybody answered your above question though. The PSP Go only uses digital media (as you know), but that is transferable to the NGP. So all the games you buy on your PSP Go will work on the NGP. :)
