About the MGS4 bundle ps3

this one:

planning on buying in a week or 2 so i have some questions:

1.- Can i play ps2 psx games with this one?

2.- Is the HDMI cable included?

3.- can i transfer the Data in my PS2 memory card to the ps3? with the adapter

4.- When is the Latinamerica PSN network be available? (ignore this question if you wish)

and yeah i want to buy one ASAP for the BC, since i dont have a ps2 anymore, and too lazy too search for my old psone

and already setup an account in a friends ps3 to download the Naruto demo

the problem is that i want an account for myself so that why im asking, even if i make an American account DLC and saves goes for that account IIRC, at least that happens in MGS4
