AC4 or Bladestorm

Which one should i buy. I played demos and i rly like them bouth , the only think i didnt like is the area restriction in AC4.

I realy like AC4, played it for like 20 hours and still playing it. Bladestorm, I bought it 10 mins later I returned it:P
