I really hope Namco-Bandai are going to release AC6 for PS3, or else I'm really going to hate them... any news or rumours that it will be coming to PS3?

It IS coming, why does people dont use the search function. There are at least 4 threads of 2 weeks ago with the links.

Yes, It's a timed exclusive...

It will come to PS3 eventually but your just going to have to wait until then which could be awhile...
