They need to do what ever thet did in COD4 and build from there,,,COD4 is still ahead of its time and blows many fps out of the water and still the 1's to be released.
Graphics, sound, gameplay were all superb. Perks were freaking sick and add helicopters, air strikes, ect... The game was very well made!!!

Well yea i heard that they were goin bak 2 WWII.... which might actually drive me away from the game .... just imagine multiplayer WWII style compared to modern warfare. Well the greatest example is the mp55 i think it is that u get wen u reach lvl 52 or sumthin the only thing u can do is get headshots to change the colour... compared to a mp5 which is fully customizable with scopes and etc. Would u want to go into prestige with the same weapons no challenges or n e thing?? I no they will hav a longer single player mode but i know i've but in a good 2 days of work into CoD4!! CoD5 Go futuristic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, we have World War 2, we have present time, now it would be interesting to see COD in future. But for some reason I don't think that will work very well.
I hope they go Sci fi with COD5, a good 40-50 set the future. Set the game in 2055-60 with a nice global warming/fighting for the last reserves of crude kind of theme. But then again, one can only speculate.
It would be cool if it were in different time zones, like a Vietnam campaign, a WWI capmpaingn, a not-to-distant future war campaings, and such, but they should try it best to dont blow it like time spliters
I want another WW2 game. They are my favorite FPS games. I hate modern combat and dislike future combat. Moving forward in time ruined battlefield imo. Call of Duty 4 is super, but it's no Call of Duty: UO imo. Never too many WW2 games. While I'm at it, I want to see more noire games as well :P
I'd also like to see a GOOD Amercian Revolution or Civil War game.
no their not going to switch developers right in the middle of production plus IW and Trekyarch(or however you spell it) switch for every COD hence the reason why they come out with a COD every year practically.
I just hope their building the PS3 and 360 version seperately from the PS2 and Wii version. Rather than tone down them to be able to port to the PS2/Wii.
i think a lot of people like WW2 is because....that was like the only major war we won compared to other conflicts. look at all the other war games based on modern day or past history and they are either a hit or miss.
