Adjusting the RGB and superwhite output on the PS3?

So I'm getting a PS3 for the first time tonight, and was wondering about how to adjust the colour settings to get the best colours out of it. I saw some other people talking about adjusting the RGB settings on the PS3, and was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this.

console settings, display settings, rgb Full or limited (choose full) super white (on) .  some people like the super white off but its a bit more shiny when its on.
