Will there be any more R&C games for PS3 anytime soon cause R&C is one of my favourite series of ALL TIME.

Insomniac said this will be the end of the "Future" trilogy. But it's not really clear if that means the end of the franchise altogether... I sure hope it's not.

I swear, if Insomniac end the Ratchet and Clank series altogether to do something stupid like concentrate on Resistance or on a new IP...:evil: BOYCOTT!

I swear, if Insomniac end the Ratchet and Clank series altogether to do something stupid like concentrate on Resistance or on a new IP...:evil: BOYCOTT!

lol I wouldn't mind them making a new IP, but I hope they don't focus on Resistance. That franchise was never anything special. And I doubt they'll really end Ratchet and Clank forever. Maybe they'll give it a rest for a few years, but I'm sure they'll come back to it at some point.

Hey, we've gotten 9 R&C games in the past 7 years... I don't think it would kill us to wait a while for the next one. :P Maybe it would give them time to add some really fresh ideas.

Agreed. And this is coming from someone who LOVES Ratchet & Clank (in fact, it was one of the main reasons I bought a PS3 as early as I did).

Agreed. And this is coming from someone who LOVES Ratchet & Clank (in fact, it was one of the main reasons I bought a PS3 as early as I did).

Same, i bought mine for that and hopefully a new Sly Cooper though. But really the only R&C clank game i haven't owned is the cell phone one and secret agent clank so i really do want whats best for it.

I really hope they don't end the series after that. But I haven't seen a new Jak and Daxter game for a couple of years now.

Yeah the series needs a break it has gotten kind of stale needs something fresh. Been a while since there was a Jak and Daxter I'd like to see that a new one of that.

Also, they can work on all gameplay aspects and weapon ideas....
