Im from the UK so I use the EU store. The only thing I want from the store is Metal Gear Solid the PSOne classic. SCEE is absolutely terrible for content on our side. Any way I can get MGS1 without using a US PSN card? Im desperate! :(

Its SCEEs job to push Konami into delivering us what we want. If SCEA can do it, why not SCEE?How is it SCEE's fault for MGS not being on the EU Store? Konami is the one that is responsible for putting their game, not Sony's game, Konami's game up on the EU Store.

Erm, I guess you could look at it that way.
I've seen people asking about MGS on the EU Store on the Blog and Sony says it's up to Konami, which is what makes sense. It isn't Sony's game, it's Konami's, and they'll put it up if/when they want to.

in some ways youre right, its konami's game (FF7 would have been easier to acquire since sony has partial rights to the game). but its also SCEE's responsibility to deliver lots of good content, and for some reason, EU PSN is alot more empty then the US PSN......in some ways youre right, its konami's game (FF7 would have been easier to acquire since sony has partial rights to the game). but its also SCEE's responsibility to deliver lots of good content, and for some reason, EU PSN is alot more empty then the US PSN......Darkman2007
It's Sony's responsibility to deliver content that they can control. MGS, a Konami owned IP, isn't their property. Again, I've read responses on the official Blogs that state Sony has talked to Konami about MGS, and for whatever reason, Konami has yet to deliver MGS to EU.
All I'm trying to say is that, in this case, Sony isn't at fault. They're being blamed for something they can't control. I'm just trying to clear up that misconception.
Hopefully Konami sees fit to release it soon as lots of people would buy it in a second.
I got sick of waiting for MGS1 on the Store so I just bought it on disc. Try Amazon.co.uk although it'll probably be expensive (Mine cost 35GBP)
