All the hate for PSP GO

I will start by having a psp go... now i will say i'm returning it for the 2nd time because both had dead pixels and i'm not paying $250 for dead pixels out of the box... I notice though alot of hate for the PSP but mostly from people who already own one... What i don't understand is WHY the hate? It's not marketed at people who already have the system it's more for new psp owners such as myself who this is my 1st psp... Is it anger because of jelousy or is there another issue that i'm not aware of? I'm not comming down on anyone just really trying to understand the whole argument :)
