Some people think the PSP has graphical problems but I think the graphics and capabilities are almost equivalent to the PS3.

Oh you said PS3..I think though it does have some capablities of a PS2. Maybe more of a hardware upgrade and it could have the fullp otential of a PS2 but from what I have seen it seems to have the capablities of the PS2 in it's early stage maybe abit better... or more the PS1 at it's best. DarkMaster7991What???? the PS1 did'nt have video, photo, internet or PSN capabilities.
What???? the PS1 did'nt have video, photo, internet or PSN capabilities. Oh i meant for graphics in that part. For grpahics it's like PS1 when ti was at it's best and the early stages of PS2. As far as capablities the PSP already has them. The only thing really setting them apart is the graphics.[QUOTE="DarkMaster7991"]Oh you said PS3..I think though it does have some capablities of a PS2. Some of the later PS2 games and big title ones have alot better graphics. I just see the PSP being able to be THAT good but it has the possiblity to be good. Your example, Resistence, Crisis Core, and GOW are somes games with great graphical features.[QUOTE="camera3"]OK but some PSP games have better graphics than the early PS2 stage like Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2. If the PSP2 is real or will be annouced (which I hope it is not). What are you a microsoft jerk? No but I hate the fact that it could have a touch screen and digital download only. No umd-drive. That means all the games coming out that are on UMD (which they are) and the games I have won't be bakcwards compatiable. I would have to carry 2 psps, Touch screens can be very un-responsive and too much like a DS copy-cat, and well most of the rumros regarding a new psp seem stupid. WHY GET RID OF UMD DRIVE when you are making and have a such a libary. I mean it's not like it's a true succesor of the PSP and most succesors do have backward compatiblity.[QUOTE="camera3"]What are you a microsoft jerk? I feel I shouldn't have to do that and well what about the few people who don't have internet. They won't be able to get games and the new psp will be useless. I would be more happy if they kept a drive or found a way ot let us still play or games. I would also like anyhting but a Touch Screen.I mean not like it's horrible. I have done that before when phoens and games and cameras were all sperate thigns but I feel hard copies are better and since I use my PSP whenever I go out I would have ot carry both systems. Well whatever. We won't know whats goign till next week's E3DarkMaster7991Fine lets wait till E3 then restart this fourm.

It was graphical problems...? Also remember graphics arn't everything. Some people think the PSP has graphical problems but I think the graphics and capabilities are almost equivalent to the PS3.

Game play should always win out over graphics. Hell, some highly addictive games have horrible graphics, but are classic games.
The PSP is extremely good graphically for a handheld. The graphics match early PS2, definately not PS3. Have you played much PS3, if you have playeda lot on PS3 you can tell a huge difference. I look back at some PS2 games now and see the roughe edges on characters and backgrounds. I just wish the PSP had more of a selection, but the reason for that is people keep pirating.
In the beggining of this forum I was talking about the capabilities of the psp were equivalent to the ps3 not graphics but I also think games with bad graphics are still fun games like locoroco. The PSP is extremely good graphically for a handheld. locoroco doesn't have bad graphics, It was supposed to look like that. More Cartoony than technical graphics. I don't think the PSP has the full potential to achieve what the PS3 has. The main problem is lack of ram and no hard drive.
