Am I allowed to sell SOCOM: Confrontation to Gamestop?

There's no barcode on the game box itself, instead, it says "NOT AVAILABLE FOR RESALE" in all caps on it. So do I give it to them normally? Am I not allowed to sell it to them? Or do I have to give them the larger box that had the mic in it, too? And if I do that, do I have to sell the mic to them, as well (god forbid).
