Am i strange?

Am i they oly ps3 owner not really interested in mgs4 please dont hurt me its just that i have never really been into the series. i might get it one day but i will def not be running to the shops to buy it to be honest I'm more looking forward to bio-shock ghostbusters and resi evil 4

is it just me or is anyone else the same?

Its becuase MGS a few days off.

But I do agree some that players from both sides. Are looking it over a tad bit. And were talking about the follow up, to a easy win for game of the year "Which was RE4."

Problem is. Is many have only played the PS2 version of RE4. Which just seemed to lack what it did on the cube. Even thow it had more content. It did not look or feel the same. And it never was a micro game. So many dont even have a clue.

And with those who did not touch 4. Will think RE 2, or 1, or whatever. And 4 was a whole new game, that was nothing like the others. So hype is lost in many places. So it may shock some.

If its even close to 4. It will be huge.

i could rent it i suppose so apart from mgs4 what games do you think i should look out for?

Street fighter IV, super street fighter 2 hd, gow 3, Littlebigplanet, final fantasy XIII,etc etc etc.

On the subject, no, you're not strange. You have the be part of the 20%. It doesn't make you strange. As I always say, different gamers, different tastes! ;)

MGS is like a good RPG. You cant just pick it up and get into it. But RE usually has some blast right from the start, to get you into it quick. Although both RE4, and all the MGs. Built the games up to bigger and better, as the games went on.

Its a hard thing to do. Because you dont want to bore gamers into thinking, this blows, without getting into it. Thus they never really try the game.

But you dont want a epic build up to be ruined, by throwing every great area, great levels, all the good stuff into the first 20 minutes. So with the kids today its a no win thing.

Thats why Demos are so much BS. Epically if that demo is built off the small little first areas of the game. And not the huge epic last areas.
