Am I the only one that doesn't like Killzone 3??

I bought the game when it came out, and it was ok for about an hour, after that I tried the multiplayer and didnt even play but like 3 matches.When I was done playing I realized that this game is WAY OVERRATED.The graphics are ok but not great by far, it takes way too many bullets to kill people in this game, and the multiplayer is the worse i have ever played, seriously I can't stand this game what so ever, does anybody else feel this way?

Im selling the game this week. It got boring really quick for some reason.

Haven't played it, but I didn't like the looks of any of the videos I watched. Usually I can tell if I'll like a game or not that way...

hated the game traded it in few days ago towards LA noire.

I enjoyed the online for a bit don't like the SP will go back to it, just wish they had more operations maps as 3 is just terrible.

i didn't like it either, felt so boring and just wanted to finish the game bad. didn't even try multiplayer. traded it as soon as i finished.

wow, thats alot of hate. I enjoy the game myself, but only in short bursts, I just wish there were more team players, you know, medics that actually did thier jobs

but overall, I like it.

Well I haven't played Killzone 3 but I get why people say Killzone 2 is much better

And when I say that, I don't mean I dislike the game as well, because I love the game. I just mean this is probably the 10,987th topic like this that's popped up on the PS3 boards.

Nearly all that said they hated it, only played for abit. Which means they don't even know the gameplay. And takes alot to kill someone, is because your aiming cod style lol. You actually got to aim some your self in KZ. Plus at certain levels you unlock extra armour, so you may have ran into some guys that run with that, I myself I run with extra ammo :)

Plus KZ is about Team play, you may have ended up in a bad room, where it was just a bunch of cod players, just wanting to do there own thing. But if in a good room its like magic when you get a good team going.

Also Operations is the best for just plain fun gameplay. Warzone, is for all out strategic gameplay, and Guerrilla warfare is just the dumbest game mode and the most waist of time.

But Killzone3 is far from being a bad mp experience. The controls are spot on and the best around. The only thing they should add is spawn on a squad leader. Other than that its a awesome experience online.

Did anyone else find the trophies on this game really easy? I got nearly all them in about a week but couldn't do the Co-Op ones. As for this game i found it great to start off with and then it went a bit down hill, some maps got spoiled due to being too open planned and i found myself dodging snipers more than anything. The single player was ok but nothing groundbreaking, seemed like a bit of a recycle of KZ2 with a different story.

There is no Spawn on Squad Leader :| ??? I really liked Spawn on Squad Leader and Spawn Grenades and they removed both? You can only spawn on your base then?

Well, for me, Killzone 3 is inferior to its predecessor. The campaign in Killzone 2 was better because of the story and atmosphere. Killzone 3 tried to mix it up by throwing in different environments, but in doing so, it lost the great atmosphere that Killzone 2 had. Also, the ending of Killzone 2 provided such a great setup to an awesome story in Killzone 3 that could've gone in so many directions, but the story in Killzone 3 was disappointing. Also, people complained about unnecessary swearing in Killzone 2, but that's better than the cheesy lines you get in Killzone 3. Again, it just completely took away from the atmosphere. The menus in Killzone 3 were pretty bad as well, and the maps in Killzone 2 were better designed.

Guerilla Games should've just took Killzone 2, added an option for the lighter controls, and included the melee system, new weapons, etc. It didn't need a complete overhaul again.

I'm sure your not the only one, I for one enjoyed Killzone 3.

I played the online multiplayer DEMO and I loved it - it really has the best graphics of any other online shooter around right now...and the gameplay was solid, the environment (or map - it was a snow map in the demo) really interested me (and, as most people know, maps and weapons are what make or break a shooter). This is from someone who hated the KZ2 single player. Mind you I haven't tried KZ3 single player, but leave the multiplayer alone...I loved it.

Cant say yet because i haven't played the retail version of it. But i did play the multiplayer & singleplayer demos and judging from that i must say that once you switched the controls around it's a whole lot better then killzone 2 (and killzone 2 is one of my all time faves) the controls are easier and the action & environment i've seen so far are better then 2.

im impressed so far, will buy next week.

I hated playing in Radec Academy. It's not so much I hate the map (I do though). It was more that it was the only map anyone wanted to play. That turned me off of KZ2 mp more than anything to me. I think playing the same map over and over is boring. I do think that KZ2 had better overall maps compared to KZ3. But on topic, I like KZ2 better. Hated 3's main story mode. Indeed, everyone wants to play this map. When there are 40 games, 8 are Radec Academy only while the rest have all the maps :P . Why did you let one map to turn you off from the multiplayer ?

It is really boring to play the same map all the time but I love this one because most of the times I finish first in kills.

There are plenty of people out there who don't like Killzone 3, just go to System Wars.

You definitely aren't the only one. The game does nothing but collect dust in my house.

It had a totally lame and short campaign and I can't be bothered to play it online so yeah, it's a crapper in my book.

I for one really enjoy KZ3. I love how every MP game is compared to COD now, can't anything be different, if I wanted to play COD gamestyle then I would just play COD. I enjoy the art in KZ3, less campers, takes more then a bullet to kill someone , I love the different game modes and classes. I like to switch classes on the fly in Warzone and have the ability to change my play styledepending on my class. I like trying to work as a team and resupplying and healing my teamates. I like that KZ3 is dfferent and a nice change of pace of COD.

I will admit it takes some time to enjoy the MP and unlock things like armor and better guns. I didn't love it at first but kept at it and once I got the maps down and found the 3 classes I enjoy to play then I was loving the MP. 3 hours to me is not enough time to hate a game with this much passion.
