I mean obviously the PS3 gets dusty, but I don't clean my PS3 like a tasmanian devil here. I clean my PS3 gently and yet in still it comes out with scratches like I told wolverine I beat jean to death with my PS3. Are you guys noticing the scratches after wiping down the PS3?

What kind of scratches are you talking about here. Mine has small surface scratches from cleaning but unless someone walks up to it with a flashlight and shines it directly onto the surface while looking at it from an angle [which will never happen], they are virtually impossible to see. Unless you are using steel wool to clean your PS3, the scratches shouldnt be bothersome.

They're not giant, but the fact that I know they're there it bothers me.

to clean ps3 or blu-ray disc, wipe in one direction, if you wipe it to the left, keep doing it to the left...

do not go in circles

when cleaning blu-ray disc, start from the center and go out to the edge

one direction only

clean it the same way you would clean new car paint, a polished surface must be cleaned with a gentle touch. use a shammy cloth, or a cloth used for glasses or the one that comes with the psp like one guy said
