My watch dog bundle got the 11/15 date but my friend who didnt reserve in time and ended up with the standard (non-launch day) bundle got the 11/20 date.4NGoods
Yeah, I basically got the 11/15 email, too. To the OP, it's like 4NGoods mentioned, I think a lot of it has to do w/ timeframes in which some out there preorders done in. I had my preorder from them since--literally--the day of Sony E3 conference, after they said the date and the conference ended--that's when I did it, lol. Then when those preorders quickly soldout--that's when there came a second smaller 'batch' of preorder systems that, they weren't counted as 'Launch', but you'd still get them in reasonable time (11/20).
But now it's to the point where their just stating 'notify by email' for just about all other options too. So I'd guess if didn't any sort of preorder in and you wanted to get it on Amazon the you're SOL. At this point the only people that are guaranteed their Launch systems/bundled systems, on the released date of 11/15, are those that nailed their Launch preorders in before they soldout. But I would worry about if you're gonna get it on time w/ Amazon. They're usually very good about getting 'Release Day' shipments out on time.
