Just a heads-up to those who didn't want to fork over the extra cash for an import. Also keep in mind, Amazon does not charge sales tax and offers free 3-5 day shipping. I think it's still a bit pricey for a controller, but I just grabbed one.

I got one of play-asia.com and am a little bummed. The left analog stick only works sporadically now. I sent them an email and they said I could return it, BUT if they found it worked, I'd be SOL. So, I'm concerned that they'd plug it in and the sporadic time that it works is when they'd try it. Then I'd be out of the money all together.

Well, that's unfortunate. Amazon has pretty good customer service, and a great return policy... as long as it's within 30 days of purchase. I feel more comfortable buying from Amazon than Play-Asia, and I don't desperately need a DS3 right now, so this deal works for me.

Yeah i bought a ps3 from amazon when i was in irak and they forgot to send something so lol they sent another ps3 after with the right items but i had to send the extra ps3 :(
