Another 1080i Question. . .

Hey guys, I'm planning to get a ps3 soon and I have some titles i'm interested in buying but I want to know if the ps3 can upscale these titles to 1080i ONLY since i have one of those old HD Crt's that does not do 720p, it's either 480i or 1080i. So here are the titles

Killzone 2, 3

Uncharted 2

Infamous

Marvel vs Capcom 3

Get yourself a new tv- no games get upscaled to 1080i.

marvel vs capcom i have no idea as i do not have it. And no to the rest they all play in 720 no to the 1080

I have the same problem as you TC, and unfortunately, I don't get paid millions a year so "just buying a new TV" is a slow process.

Don't know if you have one, but one of the biggest advantages of the other console (for me) is that it force upscales everything, so I can play anything in 1080i. So awesome.
