Everytime I want to go get a game day 1 I am told to come back in a couple days

At best buy and EB games the clerk told me that the online release was the 14th and the in store release the 16th, however i'm pretty sure in the fact that its the exact opposite

socom is not the first game to not be released day 1 where I am, anytime I decide I will buy a game day 1 (which is not often,) my local best buy, EB, never seem to have the game, sometimes my best bet is zellers

The reason when they show the release date, its when the americans get the game and canada and we usually get it a day to 3 days later but most of the time a canadian developer will give it to there country first. But its weird because the company who made this new socom game is based in vancouver but its technically a U.S game because it is about the U.S navy seals.

It has become more the rule than the exception that we don't get games on tuesday most of the time. Socom came out in Canada today, a day later.
