No one knows for sure what we'll see, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the following:
Home (near completed and possible release date)
LBP (I would guess a Q3 release at it's earliest)
Resistance 2 trailer
More info on games like KZ2, InFamous, MGS4(release date?), FFXIII among many others.
More info on 360 games like Ninja Gaiden 2, Gears 2 and Fable 2
Other stuff might include new IPs being announced and expansions for previous games (like WoW: Wrath of the Lich King)
Just assumptions on my part :P
