Resident Evil 5, ive not played it co-op yet but the one player is amazing and co-op is just the same game with two people. Can be played Split Screen or online. Sick game!

Call of duty MW2 has spec ops. It's fun when you have some one you know working with you.

Modern Warfare 2 special ops, great fun!
