I was curious to know if there are any good fishing titles for the ps3?

I don't think we have a fishing game at all on PS3.:? Nor does the 360.
I think they only console with fishing games anymore is the Wii.:P
There are no good fishing games. On any plattform. Ever.BenderUnit22Well then you've obviously never played........................
*goes outtodosome real fishing*:P TC maybe you should do the same.;)
haha honestly man i've been waiting for one to come out.
that rapala one i think was a flop, even though i've never played it lol.
but ya i remember ps2 had that fishing rod, and man i wish they would make something for it here.
i guess us fishermen who don't live right beside a lake and own a boat will never get a good solid game lol.
i think the best one i've played so far was on ps2 called bass strike.
that was solid.
I haven't played a fishing game but the fishing minigame in Twilight Princessis awesome very entertaining. I would like to see a good fishing game in the PSN for 10 dollars that would be a nice addition.
"Monster" bass eh?:oWell here is another one coming out.Cabela's Monster Bass. And here is a Hunting game.Cabela's Dangerous hunts.

Sounds EXTREME! *smashes beer bottle on crotch area*:x
I'm actually shocked that EA and 2K haven't gone after the license for the B.A.S.S championships now that it's getting airtime on ESPN. If they reached down for an arena football game, a rugby game, and regurgitate every other sports title annually, why not a decent fishing game....which, i would actually probably enjoy because I'm an avid fisherman, even if there isn't exactly overwhelming sentiment on this thread supporting such a game. One of my all-time guilty pleasure was "Bass Hunter 64" on N64 back in the day. I also played the bejeeziz out of Sega Marine fishing on the old dreamcast. The rapala one is garbage, and I can't see the cabela's one being much better, so might as well load the boat and go for real instead.
The only fishing game on PS3 (and Xbox360) is Rapala Fishing Frenzy 2009.

If you're enjoying fishing I'd suggest you give the game a rent first and if you find it enjoyable regardless of reviews then it might be something to look into.
Give it a rent first, then go from there.
Hopefully, we'll see more fishing game options in future. ;)
