Any Good PS3 Co-op/Versus Games(not online)?

Im finally gettin my PS3 soon. And since my cousins always pay a visit on vacations, just wanna know ahead if there are good games(releasedor soon to be - around April-May at most) that I can play with them, either co-op or versus.

I also wanna know if its worth getting 2 additional controllers to support 3 players, or is it useless for now.

Probably didn't read the title. I believe Paradise and Resistence are online only multiplayer.

There is some good coop fun to be had with Army of Two. If coop is what you're looking for then you should at least give it a try.

I got Resistance already. Finished it co-oply with my brother, yes it was fun. Im looking for another offline or online(but still co-op).

I'm having the same issue. There aren't many good multiplayer games out there. If you want some co-op gaming for two people then I suggest Army of Two and Rainbow Six Vegas 1 or 2. If you want a good multiplayer versus game then I suggest Call of Duty 4. Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 is also a really fun game that you can play with 4 players offline.
