Any idea when developers will start trophy patching?

burnout has been confirmed to have retroactive trophys coming soon. warhawk has also been confirmed to have retroactive trophys coming soon. pain will also get them but not sure if its retroactive patch coming soon too.

uncharted has also been confirmed to recieve them but a release date has not been said so it could be a few weeks

Well it was said that MGS4 would get patched once 2.40 was out so that you could play costom tracks, but thru the I-Pod, maybe trophies will come at the same time...

Haha yeah, I think it sucks how the trophies dont go from saved data, it sucks completely. MGS 4 and GTA IV im happy to play again just for trophies, along with assassins creed and heavenly sword if they patch them. But games like COD4, warhawk and oblivion........GOD DAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha yeah, I think it sucks how the trophies dont go from saved data, it sucks completely. MGS 4 and GTA IV im happy to play again just for trophies, along with assassins creed and heavenly sword if they patch them. Dont get me wrong, I dont mind a challenge but that game is way too hard. I never gave it a chance to try and get good, I just gave up with that one......

A lot of people seem to be under the impression that a lot of older PS3 titles will get patched for the trophy system. All I can say is, don't count on it. A few will, but most won't. If I listened to everyone on these forums, every single PS3 game to date is gonna get a trophy patch, but that's simply not the case.

Expect future games to have it implemented out of the box, but don't expect that all these older PS3 games are going to get patched for trophies.

If all my games (MGS4,AC,GTA4,DMC4,Warhawk,ES4:Oblivion etc.) wich i already beat had trophies,i was gonna play'em all again o.O

It was posted in the mags rumor section aka "Make random stuff up section", you can tell its boggus; just put a game in your PS3, notice how it dosnt suport trophies unlike what is stated ("70% of games will already be compatible")...?
