Any news on 3.30?

I keep seeing topics up on the Playstation website talking about the 3.30 update problem so has this problem been fixed and is it safe yet?.

I'm just trying to make sure as I never started any games for it yet and I want to make sure stuff is alright before I start playing.

I had the system now for 4 months and have done 3 updates on it and I found that I didn't have problems with it either as I have the PS3 Slim 120GB so I'm wondering is the problem only doing it to the old models then the newer ones?.

I wonder if the update problem is only happening to those users that still have the older models of the system?.

There are no problems, yet again these are rumours spread by people who love nothing more than to stir up this kind of fear.

I'll take your word on it as I also mentioned that I updated 2 other times and never had problems so this third one isn't never to be worried about.

And just to say to the guy who mention me making this my third topic then yes and I'm sorry as I'm just asking questions here as I'm not getting much help on the forums on the playstation site forums.

Does this problem include not loading your friends list and does it prevent you from signing into the PSN 90% of the time? I'm wondering because lately my PS3 has been pulling this on me a LOT lately. I have the 120 slim model by the way.
