because its christmas tomorow and im getting a few games and i wont be able to play them because of this error and i was just wondering if sony are fixing this problem because this is getting way out of hand that we cant play games or collect trophies if we change our password or email adress on our ps3 account i mean come on this problem should of been sorted

i changed my email, nothing happened, but my friend had the same probelem, call sony they will fix it
well i did email them about this problem and they said to phone them and they gave me this number (800) 345-7669 but when i call it nothing happens i think its something to do with the area code but i dont know how to find it out i live in england so im not sure exactly what i need to do to the number
oh em you should be ok but once you make your account dont change your password otherwise your ps3 thinks there is another person with the same account cus u changed ur password its a bug from an update i think update 2.50 or 2.56 but i think sony is doing something about it anyway it makes trophy games unplayable and you wont be able to collect trophies but this shouldnt happen if you dont change your password once you make a ps3 account =]
nope they haven't said anything cept for some "community leader" on the EU boards saying they were looking into it with no ETA on a fix. SCEA hasn't even acknowledged it there is a 35+ page thread though about it on the their boards:evil:
