Any news on Resistance 2?

Anyone hear anything about Insomniac getting started on production of this sequel? I'm not a big fps fan, but I do love this particular game though.

One thing I must say is the first one would have been better with more Bosses. I hope they adress that in the sequel.

What are your thoughts?

Resistance is pretty awesome for a launch game, i hear the engine insomniac used has also been used on the new rachet and clank game, and it supports features like texture streaming ect.

If thats the case i expect Resistance 2 to look much better than resistance.

more bosses r good, more inventive guns (not that im complaining about the last ones) but yeh keep the gun variety coming, and through out the game where were alot of the same enermies in a row so maybe swap them around a little bit more :) but i liked the game heaps :)Milky_1674

yea that would be cool more guns like the variety ratchet and clank had and how u can customize them would be cool but still keeping it a bit real would be awesome
