Any news on that Official PS3 wireless headphone?

I remember reading some where that SONY is making a set of 7.1 wireless headphone just for the PS3. and it's under $100 I think.

ANy update on that? Also, I was wondering how does this work? How to you connect the headset?

i believe they're shooting for a september release, most likely it wors with a usb attached like most wireless stereo
